사료영양학

연구실소개

사료영양학 연구실은 고품질의 안전한 양식수산물 공급을 위하여 가장 밀접한 관련이 있는 사료에 대하여 연구를 하고 있습니다. 사료에 관한 연구는 주로 생화학, 영양학, 사료학, 분석화학, 사료 가공학, 생리학, 통계학 등의 학문을 바탕으로 하고 있습니다. 주요 연구분야는 기후변화에 따른 양식 어류의 영양 및 스트레스반응 상관관계 구명, 중금속 등 사료 내 유해 물질의 toxicokinetics 연구, 영양소 요구량 구명 최적 통계모델 설정 연구, 경제적이며 최적의 건강 상태 유지를 위한 양식 어종별 적정 사료 공급체계 구명, 지속 가능한 양식산업을 위한 어분 및 어유 대체원료(곤충 소재 등) 개발 연구 등입니다.
