분자면역학

해양수산분자면역학 연구실소개

해양수산분자면역학 연구실은 면역학에 기초하여 감염성 질병에 대한 해양수산생물의 면역반응 메커니즘을 다루는 연구실이다. 포유류와의 비교를 통해 해양수산생물의 면역메커니즘에 관련된 다양한 성분의 특성, 기능 및 연관된 유전자들에 대해 배우고, 이들이 어떻게 작동하고 서로 협력하여 활성화 되고 조절되는지 연구를 수행하고 있다. 이러한 연구 및 교육을 통하여 해양수산생물의 건강 및 면역체계를 설명할 수 있으며, 연관된 성분 및 유전자들을 수산양식산업에 응용할 수 있다.


훈련된면역(trained immunity) : 해양수산동물의 선천성면역 반응에 memory mechanism의 분자적 규명 및 양식현장에서의 질병제어 기술로 활용

점막면역(mucosal immunity) : 해양수산동물의 점막면역반응의 분자적 작용기작 규명 및 양식현장에서의 점막면역 백신개발에 활용

해양수산동물의 선천성 면역반응 유도 리간드(PAMPs, pathogen-associated molecular patterns) 및 수용체 규명

노토바이오틱 해양수산동물 모델구축 및 호스트-미생물의 면역적 상관관계 규명
